Hello! I'm Angela Holden, a software engineer in Saint Paul, Minnesota. I've spent over a decade writing code, mentoring developers and solving problems. I like to teach, and create tools and content that help others learn. My focus is always practice as much as possible, and build more projects.
These are clips from my live streams. I get asked lots of questions about dev life, coding, freelancing, web app performance, and everything in between. This is a recent sample of chat questions I've responded to.
Desktop browsers and mobile browsers are not the same.
Before AI I thought my coding days were over.
How are we dealing with SVGs when the content is dynamic?
The LawTubers I
Love
I started to stream coding and development in August 2024 after I discovered LawTube.
Emily D. Baker was a prosecutor in the Los Angeles County District Attorney's office, the largest in the U.S., for over 10 years. She is a popular LawTuber with more than 800k subscribers. Emily was the first lawyer I saw doing legal commentary on YouTube.
Attorney Melanie Little is a retired civil litigator in New York state. She has the smartest, funniest chat on YouTube. She runs a tight ship, and I draw a lot of inspiration from her. Melanie's coverage of both Karen Read trials was excellent.
Andrea Burkhart is a criminal defense attorney in Washington state. She is the most insightful of all LawTubers, in my opinion. Andrea specializes in appellate law and has completely changed my attitude about criminal defense in the U.S.
